Charm is a strategic leader and service-driven professional with over a decade of experience spanning housing management, public service, and business operations. As CEO of Charming & Company Services, she leads with a passion for people and process—specializing in operational excellence, program development, and personalized support that empowers others to succeed.

Charm has served in senior-level housing and administrative roles within the U.S. Army, where she managed complex housing portfolios, built cross-functional teams, and drove innovation through data-driven policy and process design. Her extensive knowledge of both the public and private sectors—including federal compliance, asset management, and customer experience—makes her uniquely equipped to guide clients from vision to execution.

She holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management and certifications in real estate finance, military housing, asset analysis, and organizational leadership. Whether she’s mentoring emerging professionals or helping clients streamline operations, Charm brings clarity, commitment, and care to every project.

Keturah First, Director Information Technology

Keturah is a seasoned Information Technology professional with a decade of progressive experience leading enterprise-level cybersecurity, infrastructure, and network management initiatives. With a background spanning Fortune 500 companies such as Amazon and Caterpillar, Keturah excels in vulnerability management, IT systems optimization, and secure cloud architecture across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms.

She brings a proven track record in driving innovation, strengthening cybersecurity postures, and leading complex IT projects from strategy to execution. Her leadership includes eliminating vulnerabilities, implementing enterprise-wide risk mitigation programs, and optimizing ServiceNow systems for incident and change management.

Holding an MBA in Management Information Systems and multiple certifications, Keturah combines deep technical expertise with a business-oriented mindset. Her commitment to excellence, team mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration makes her a transformative leader in modern IT operations and an integral member of our team.

Luana Hellwich, Director Customer Experience

Luana is an accomplished Customer Experience professional with a strong background in client success, relationship development, and cross-functional communication. With over a decade of international experience across the finance, tech, and consumer industries, she has supported high-value clients such as Goldman Sachs, Société Générale, Bosch, and LBBW.

Known for her strategic thinking and solutions-oriented mindset, Luana has managed complex client portfolios valued at over $2M, led global migration projects, and developed marketing assets to support sales and onboarding. Her ability to align customer needs with business goals has consistently resulted in improved satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Luana holds a B.A. in Media from the University of Applied Sciences RheinMain in Germany and has completed MBA-level coursework in international business and brand strategy. She is fluent in German, English, and French, and thrives in multicultural, collaborative environments.

Her career spans both public service and private-sector roles, where she's led grassroots marketing initiatives, organized inclusive community events, and built trusted connections with diverse audiences. Known for her confident communication style and passion for impact-driven storytelling, Chai excels at translating vision into meaningful engagement.
